Every Silver State Leather piece is made by hand in Nevada. Because we’re a small handmade business, your order comes directly from our workshop rather than a large fulfillment center. This allows us to personally inspect and carefully package each order before it makes its way to you.
Shipping
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces may take longer. Any expected additional lead time will be noted in the product description or discussed with you before work begins.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States.
Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.
Handmade Leather
Leather is a natural material, and no two hides are exactly alike. Small variations in color, grain, texture, and natural markings are normal and are part of what makes each handmade piece unique.
Because screens and devices display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will perfectly match the finished product.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a workmanship issue or the item arrives damaged.
Our Workmanship
Every piece is made by hand and inspected before it leaves the shop.
If you experience a problem with the workmanship of your item, please reach out to us. We’ll take a look at the issue and work with you on a reasonable solution.
Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents, or improper care is not considered a workmanship defect.
