Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Silver State Leather piece is made by hand in Nevada, from cutting and assembling to stitching and finishing.
What type of leather do you use?
We use a variety of quality leathers from reputable tanneries. The leather used will vary depending on the product and available materials. Specific leather details are listed in each product description.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Not necessarily. Leather is a natural material, so grain, color, texture, and markings can vary from piece to piece. These variations are part of what makes each handmade item unique.
How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer.
Do you offer custom leather work?
Yes! Custom work is a big part of what we do. If you have an idea for a wallet, bag, accessory, or another leather piece, reach out and let’s talk about it.
Can I choose my leather and thread color?
For products that offer customization, available leather and thread options will be listed with the product. If you have something specific in mind, contact us and we’ll see what we can create.
Do you offer personalization or engraving?
We can discuss personalization requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before ordering a custom piece to discuss what’s possible.
Do you accept returns?
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally final sale.

How do I care for my leather goods?
Leather develops character with use. Keep your leather goods away from excessive moisture and heat, and store them in a dry place when not in use. Care recommendations can vary depending on the specific leather, so contact us if you’re unsure what your piece needs.
Can I request a specific design?
Absolutely. If you have an idea that isn’t currently in the shop, send us a message. We enjoy creating one-of-a-kind pieces.
